DESCRIPTION
LBS-N2 Nitrogen generator was developed for the use of Nitrogen in research Labs as alternative to the traditional tanks. The nitrogen generation is created through the PSA (pressure Swing Adsorption) process. All of the instrument parameters are controlled and monitored through a touch screen monitor and Special design attention was given to the reduction of sound and Vibrations.
NITROGEN GENERATION PROCESS
PSA (pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology; PSA technology separate Nitrogen from Oxigen in the air through CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieves) and allow to obtain nitrogen with purity up to 99,999% with total absence of Hydrocarbons impurity. With this process the average life time of the CMS is more than 10 years and with the oil free compression technology create a practical maintenance free Nitrogen Generator.
